Liam Neeson, 66, has ignited a race row after speaking for the first time about his extreme reaction when he learned a loved one had allegedly been raped while he was overseas. During an interview with the Independent to promote his new film Cold Pursuit, the actor detailed how he asked the victim 'what colour' the attacker was and admitted he carried a cosh in his pocket for a week, as he walked the streets looking for any 'black b*****d' to kill in a misguided attempt at revenge. Liam said that he now realises it was a 'horrible' time and he's learned a valuable lesson from his 'awful' reaction. Regardless, his comments have been criticised on Twitter with readers of the article calling him 'a scumbag,' and a 'racist', while others questioned if he had some sort of breakdown.
