Homicídio de português em Angola fica sem culpados
Pedro Gonçalves foi atingido com dois tiros para roubarem um taco. Nenhum arguido foi condenado pelos disparos fatais.
Pedro Gonçalves tinha 41 anos e era natural de Montalvo, Constância. O engenheiro foi assassinado em abril de 2019
A morte de Pedro Gonçalves, assassinado a tiro em Angola, em abril de 2019, continua sem castigo. No julgamento, concluído na terça-feira, ninguém foi condenado pelo homicídio.
Os três homens no banco dos réus foram absolvidos dos disparos. Um deles apanhou oito anos pelo roubo. E outro um ano por ter tentado encobrir os crimes.

Horrifying moment robber smashes an 85-year-old Spanish woman to the ground with his elbow after she bravely tried to stop him stealing her money
Shocking CCTV footage (pictured) captures the elderly woman as she enters an apartment building in Valencia followed by a Romanian man at around 2pm on Tuesday. The clip then shows the robber as he attempts to steal money from inside her bag, which the pensioner determinedly clings onto and tries to pull out of his grasp. But rather than letting go, the 34-year-old man pushes the elderly woman into the wall before brutally elbowing her in the face. She drops to the ground and the man makes a swift exit with her purse. The woman was later found bleeding from the head in the foyer and was rushed to a nearby hospital by ambulance. She today remains in hospital but is not in a serious condition. The man was later located and arrested for violent robbery.

Sócios da Unitel desistem da auditoria forense

Depois de vários dias sem consenso sobre a realização ou não de uma auditoria forense ao exercício dos últimos 10 anos, os accionistas da Unitel decidiram não avançar com a mesma, de acordo com fonte da operadora.
Terá concorrido para a decisão o entendimento segundo o qual não faria muito sentido a auditoria, visto que os relatórios e contas da empresa foram sempre auditados e, sobretudo, porque a Sonangol, accionista que exigia a auditoria, sempre fez parte do conselho de administração, tendo inclusive presidido ao conselho fiscal.
O VALOR apurou ainda que a Sonangol terá reconsiderado a sua posição, tendo em conta o movimento interno que apelava para uma auditoria semelhante nas contas da petrolífera.
No entanto, dois conceituados juristas esclareceram ao VALOR, na edição passada, que a auditoria forense deve ser desencadeada no âmbito de uma actividade jurisdicional. A possibilidade da realização da auditoria forense foi um dos pontos da agenda da assembleia-geral da operadora de telefonia que iniciou a 27 de Julho e cujas conclusões ainda não foram tornadas públicas.

Na noite de terça-feira, ocorreram pelo menos três graves acidentes de trânsito na rodovia A100 de Berlim. De acordo com o corpo de bombeiros, seis pessoas ficaram feridas, três delas gravemente. Você tem que ser tratado em hospitais.
