Baroness Shami Chakrabarti and Shadow Home Secretary Diane Abbott have been spotted drinking bubbly in House of Lord's exclusive Barry Room. A photograph showing the two drinking comes two weeks after they were seen drinking in another exclusive parliamentary bar when they had been expected to attend a vital party meeting.
