Marcha contra o terrorismo juntou 500 mil pessoas em Barcelona
Cerca de 500 mil pessoas desfilaram no centro de Barcelona numa grande manifestação contra o terrorismo, depois dos atentados do passado dia 17, numa iniciativa onde, pela primeira vez, participou um rei espanhol.

Os números foram avançados, em comunicado, pela polícia de Barcelona, que garantiu que "meio milhão de pessoas saiu à rua esta tarde na manifestação 'No tinc por' [Não tenho medo] de Barcelona".

Counter-terror police are questioning a man suspected of attacking two officers with a machete outside Buckingham Palace (pictured top). The suspect is said to have launched himself at police at around 9pm last night after crashing his car into bollards near the Mall roundabout. Two officers received minor injuries as they arrested the 26-year-old, who is now being questioned by detectives from Counter Terrorism Command at a central London police station. Eyewitnesses revealed how the hero officers wrestled the man to the ground and received hand injuries. Police were still guarding a large cordon around the palace this morning
