Fundador do PCTP/MRPP escreve editorial a defender que atos de terrorismo afinal são atos de resistência dos povos oprimidos

Um editorial do Luta Popular, órgão central do PCTP/MRPP, classificou como “um ato legítimo de guerra” o ataque que vitimou mais de 80 pessoas na passada quinta-feira em Nice. O texto, intitulado “resistência não é terrorismo”, está assinado por Arnaldo Matos, fundador do partido.

“Devemos deixar aqui muito bem esclarecido e estabelecido: os atos de resistência dos povos explorados, oprimidos e agredidos não são atos terroristas; são atos legítimos de guerra, sejam praticados na frente de combate, se houver frente de combate, sejam praticados no interior do país imperialista agressor, como sucedeu nos ataques levados a cabo em Nova Iorque e em Washington, em Paris, em Londres, em Madrid ou em qualquer outro lugar onde o imperialismo possa ser atacado pelos povos agredidos, como ocorreu anteontem em Nice”, escreveu o dirigente.

Para Arnaldo Matos, “a resistência dos povos agredidos não é terrorismo. Terrorismo é a guerra cobarde do imperialismo para explorar, oprimir e rapinar os povos do mundo”.

“Todas as guerras contra o imperialismo são guerras justas, guerras de resistência e acabarão por triunfar”, continuou, acusando “os imperialistas” de promoverem, “através do seu vasto aparelho ideológico, que vai desde as igrejas às universidades e aos órgãos de comunicação social, campanhas ideológicas contínuas, destinadas a fazer passar por justas” essas guerras, e a fazer “passar por injustas as guerras da classe operária e dos povos oprimidos do mundo”.

E prosseguiu: “Assim, todos os atos de guerra do imperialismo, desde o emprego de bombas atómicas aos bombardeamentos aéreos das populações indefesas, ou são escondidos dos olhos dos povos do mundo ou considerados justos e até santificados pelas igrejas, enquanto que os atos de resistência dos povos agredidos e oprimidos são apresentados como atos terroristas, e os atos terroristas dos imperialistas contra os povos indefesos são considerados como justos atos de guerra”.

Para Arnaldo Matos, “atos de guerra como os levados a cabo pelos jiadistas franceses em Paris, Bruxelas e Nice, podem ocorrer brevemente em Portugal praticados por jiadistas dos países” onde estão “tropas portuguesas a atacar povos estrangeiros, designadamente no Afeganistão, no Iraque, no Chade, no Mali, na Somália e na República Centro Africana”, defendendo a retirada dessas forças para assim se “evitar qualquer ato de resistência dos povos oprimidos praticados” em território nacional.

“A classe operária seria uma classe de traidores se não combatesse o imperialismo dominador no seu país e, ainda por cima, achasse que os atos de resistência dos povos oprimidos seriam atos terroristas”, concluiu Arnaldo Matos.

A mother and her three daughters were reportedly stabbed while on holiday in France because they were 'scantily dressed'.
A knifeman attacked the woman and her three daughters, aged eight, 12, and 14, in the village of Garda-Colombe near Laragne-Monteglin, in south-east France, at around 10.30 this morning.
The attacker, named locally as Moroccan-born Mohamed Boufarkouch, was later arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody.
Local reports suggest the Boufarkouch attacked the victims because they were 'scantily dressed'. The victims are believed to have been wearing shorts and t-shirts at the time.

The youngest victim, aged eight, is currently in a critical condition in hospital after suffering a punctured lung

It is also understood that the victims were known to the attacker and his family as they were staying next door to each other in the holiday village.
The victims, who have not been named, were attacked while eating breakfast at the holiday village.
Local mayor Edmond Francou, told Le Parisien that the attacker was on holiday with his own family, including two children, from their home in Yvelines, near Paris.
At a press conference today, the Prosecutor said so far there was no motive.
However local reports suggest the attacker had made references about the woman and children being 'too lightly dressed'.

L’agresseur présumé, Mohamed B., un Marocain de 37 ans vivant dans les Yvelines, a été interpellé par deux gendarmes réservistes après avoir tenté de s'enfuir en voiture.
