James Toback

James Toback (born November 23, 1944) is an American screenwriter and film director. He was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay in 1991 for Bugsy.
On October 22, 2017, the Los Angeles Times reported that 38 women have accused Toback of sexual harassment or assault.[1] Four days later, Los Angeles Times reporter Glenn Whipp stated on Twitter that a total of 310 women had contacted him regarding incidents of sexual harassment involving Toback.[2]
