Juros superam 4% - o limite do "conforto" da DBRS
Aí está: os juros da dívida portuguesa superaram os 4% no prazo a 10 anos, um máximo desde fevereiro e que supera a "barreira" que a agência DBRS disse ao Observador que era o limite do seu conforto.

Daniel Proença de Carvalho (Soalheira, 15 de setembro de 1941) é um advogado português.
Advogado de profissão, Daniel Proença de Carvalho licenciou-se em Direito, na Universidade de Coimbra, em 1965. Durante o período académico integrou o Orfeon Académico e foi fundador do Club de Jazz de Coimbra, bem como do Trio Los Dos, com José Niza e José Cid[1].
Após a licenciatura, foi magistrado do Ministério Público, de 1965 a 1967, e inspetor da Polícia Judiciária, desde 1967 até 1969. Foi admitido na Ordem dos Advogados, em 1968. Em 1970 passou a integrar o Departamento Jurídico da Empresa de Cimentos de Leiria, de António Champalimaud[2].
Aderiu ao Partido Socialista logo após o 25 de abril.
A seguir ao 25 de Novembro de 1975 pediu a sua desfiliação para assumir a direção do Jornal Novo, um jornal conotado com as forças democráticas não revolucionárias.
Em 1978 deixava esse jornal ao ser nomeado Ministro da Comunicação Social do IV Governo Constitucional, de iniciativa presidencial de Ramalho Eanes e sendo primeiro-ministro Carlos Mota Pinto. Após saír do governo, foi nomeado presidente do Conselho de Administração da Radiotelevisão Portuguesa, em 1979.
Ainda hoje Proença de Carvalho mantém a sua ligação à comunicação social. É presidente da ZON Multimédia (ex-PT Multimédia) e da Global Media (ex-Controlinveste)[3], esta última proprietária de alguns dos principais títulos da imprensa portuguesa: os jornais Diário de Notícias, Jornal de Notícias, Diário de Notícias da Madeira e O Jogo, a rádio TSF, além de várias revistas, como a Volta ao Mundo.
Dirigiu a campanha de Diogo Freitas do Amaral nas nas eleições presidenciais de 1986 e, dez anos mais tarde, foi mandatário da primeira candidatura de Aníbal Cavaco Silva, nas presidenciais de 1996.
Como advogado, Daniel Proença de Carvalho participou em vários processos mediáticos da justiça portuguesa, entre eles o célebre caso da Herança Sommer, protagonizado por António Champalimaud, mas também patrocinou em diversos processos o banqueiro Ricardo Salgado ou o antigo Primeiro-Ministro José Sócrates.
Em 2009 a sua sociedade de advogados, Proença de Carvalho & Associados, fundiu-se com uma grande sociedade espanhola, a Uría Menéndez, sendo desde então presidente do Conselho de Administração da Uría Menéndez - Proença de Carvalho, com sede em Lisboa[4].
Entre as restantes atividades exercidas, é o atual presidente do Conselho de Administração da Cimpor e é (ou foi) presidente da Assembleia-Geral de empresas como a Galp Energia, a Socitrel e a Renova; foi vogal da Comissão de Remunerações do Banco Espírito Santo, de 2008 a 2014; é presidente do Conselho de Curadores da Fundação Champalimaud e da Fundação Batalha de Aljubarrota e presidente da Assembleia Geral do Instituto Português de Corporate Governance. É conferencista na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra, desde 2005.

THIS is the harrowing moment a gang of black teenagers, including two girls, allegedly held a special-needs man hostage and tortured him while streaming the sick footage live on Facebook.
The group of four, all believed to be 18, were arrested in Chicago, Illinois, after police were made aware of the 30-minute video on social media.

He was filmed as he is kicked and punched by the gang, who can be heard shouting “f*** Donald Trump. F*** white people”.
At one point they cut the man’s hair until his scalp bled before flicking cigarette ash into the wound.
Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said at a news conference that four suspects, two males and two females, are in custody. Formal charges have not been filed.

“I’ve been a cop for 28 years, and I’ve seen things that you shouldn’t see in a lifetime, but it still amazes me how you still see things that you just shouldn’t.
“I’m not going to say it shocked me, but it was sickening.”
The victim, who has “mental health challenges,” is recovering, Johnson said.
Police Cmdr Kevin Duffin said the suspects made “stupid decisions”.
